For Dr. Firas Belbeisi—known to most patients as Dr. B—dentistry is in his DNA. Growing up in Ann Arbor, he spent weekends and after-school hours in his father’s dental office, watching what it meant to care for people through relationships, not just procedures. Today, he brings that same spirit to The Dental Experience: where dentistry feels less like an obligation and more like a connection.

After earning his Bachelor of Science in Biological Psychology from the University of Michigan, Dr. B completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Detroit Mercy. He’s been practicing for over 15 years and continues to pursue advanced education, training across the country to stay ahead of evolving clinical techniques and technologies.

Dr. B’s passion lies in oral surgery, implant dentistry, and creating treatment experiences that are efficient, comfortable, and tech-driven. Whether it’s same-day crowns with CEREC, clear aligners, or full-arch implant solutions, he’s always looking for ways to simplify complex care and make it more accessible to the people who need it.

At the heart of his practice is a deep belief in relentless improvement—not just in clinical outcomes, but in the way patients are treated, spoken to, and supported. You’ll often hear him say, “We give a damn”—and it shows in the way he leads, the way he trains his team, and the way he shows up for every patient.

Outside the office, you’ll find Dr. B spending time with family and friends, getting in a CrossFit session, playing soccer, or working on his golf swing. He’s a proud Ann Arbor native (Go Blue!) and a big believer that laughter really is the best medicine.

Raised in North Dakota, Dr. Tweet brings Midwestern warmth and a friendly, approachable style to every patient interaction. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he developed a passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Since joining our practice, Dr. Tweet has become known for his genuine personality, attention to detail, and commitment to helping every patient feel comfortable and confident in their smile. He actively pursues continuing education courses to expand his expertise and stay at the forefront of dental advancements—always striving to grow both as a dentist and as a person.

When he’s not caring for patients, you can often find Dr. Tweet on the golf course or cheering on the Denver Broncos on game day.

Dr. Saxena was born in New Delhi, India, and raised across multiple countries including India, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and the United States—an experience that has given her a unique cultural perspective and a deep appreciation for connecting with people from all walks of life.

In 2020, she earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in India. She further advanced her training with a post-doctoral fellowship in Periodontal and Implant Microsurgery at University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 2021. Driven by her passion for clinical excellence and patient care, she then completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the University of Michigan as well. Dr. Saxena is enthusiastic about delivering exceptional dental care to families in the Canton community and is especially passionate about helping patients feel confident in their smiles.

Outside of dentistry, she loves spending time with her fiancé, traveling to new cities, discovering hidden gem restaurants, and testing her limits with occasional adventure sports. She's also a passionate home chef who enjoys experimenting with different global cuisines. Hosting family and friends is her favorite way to unwind, especially if it involves taste-testing her creations!

Fun fact: Dr. Saxena once took a leap of faith—literally—by completing India’s highest bungee jump at 384 feet in Rishikesh, India. Don’t worry, she’s much more gentle with dental instruments! Dr. Saxena looks forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your healthiest, happiest smile!

Dr. Marcos Ioshida loves helping people feel confident about their smiles. He focuses on restorative dentistry, including crowns, bridges, and implants, and takes pride in creating results that look great and feel completely natural.

Originally from Brazil, Dr. Ioshida first earned his dental degree there before moving to the United States to continue his education. He completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the University of Detroit Mercy and went on to earn a Master’s degree from the University of Michigan. With his diverse training and experience, Dr. Ioshida brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every patient he treats.

What Dr. Ioshida enjoys most about dentistry is building relationships—getting to know his patients, understanding their goals, and helping them feel comfortable every step of the way. His calm, friendly manner helps even the most nervous patients feel at ease. When he’s not in the office, you’ll find Dr. Ioshida spending time outdoors, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, or enjoying time with his family.

Dr. Daryl Frederick has been caring for smiles in the Jackson community for more than four decades. Known for his commitment to advanced technology and compassionate care, he’s proud to be part of a dental team that prioritizes continuous learning, personal connection, and doing the right thing for every patient who walks through the door.

A proud graduate of Vandercook Lake High School and the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, Dr. Frederick returned to Jackson early in his career to build a practice rooted in the values of his hometown. Over the years, he has maintained affiliations with the American Dental Association and the Michigan Dental Association, and spent 16 years accredited by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr. Frederick is especially passionate about staying at the forefront of dentistry’s evolving technologies. He was an early adopter of digital imaging and continues to champion modern systems like CEREC same-day crowns, helping patients get efficient, top-tier care without compromise.

Outside the office, Dr. Frederick is a family man through and through. He and his wife of nearly 47 years, Linda, have two children and seven grandchildren—all living close by. Whether he’s at the practice or enjoying time with his family, Dr. Frederick brings joy, gratitude, and a deep sense of purpose to everything he does.

Dr. Hadla was born in the great city of Windsor, Ontario. He moved to and lived in Ann Arbor, Denver, and San Francisco, where he completed the University of the Pacific’s 6-year accelerated dental program. After finishing dental school at UoP, he found himself back in Michigan once again and completed his residency at Detroit Medical Center for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Hadla loves to perform full-scope Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery including dentoalveolar surgery, orthognathic surgery, facial trauma, and pathology and reconstruction.

Dr. Hadla is a wildlife fanatic and lived and worked in South Africa for a year raising rescued lion, tiger, and cheetah cubs at a wildlife reserve in Krugersdorp near the city of Johannesburg. He is a petrolhead and love cars (both driving and admiring), cooking, and playing flamenco & classical guitar. He is a mixed martial artist and has been training in MMA for over a decade, though his current profession has put some brakes on any sort of competitive participation. Dr. Hadla looks forward to the opportunity of using his training to assist in any way he can.
